With which brands are you Factory-Authorized?
We are authorized with Speed Queen, GE, GE Profile, GE Café, GE Monogram, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Any Whirlpool product (Whirlpool, JennAir, Amana, Roper, KitchenAid, and Maytag), and Beko.
Do you charge a service fee?
Yes, we do charge a service fee based on appliance and location. The technician will give you a quote for the entire price of the repair. If no repair is made, the service fee will still be owed.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Most of our parts manufacturers offer a 1 year warranty on replacement parts from the date of installation. We offer a 90 day labor warranty on our work.
How soon can you come out to work on my appliance?
We do give priority to more urgent repairs, such as a refrigerator not cooling. We are able at times to come out the same day depending on availability.
Do I need to be at home when the repair tech comes out?
We do not require anyone to be home as long as we have access to get in and work on the appliance. Pets need to be put up. Minors should not be the only individuals at the residence when the technician is there.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card, debit card, cash, ACH, or check. If you need a flexible payment option ask the office for an alternative.
Can you give a repair quote over the phone?
We would love to be able to give a repair quote over the phone, however, there are so many factors to be considered that we are not able to give an accurate quote without looking at the appliance. We can, at times, give a rough estimate.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry liability insurance to keep everyone safe in the unlikely event of an accident.
